Everything you need to know about becoming a Max Health Network caregiver.
We require a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a clean background check. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required — we provide comprehensive training. CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
Submit your application online or in person. Our hiring team will review it and contact you within 48 hours for a phone screening. If selected, you'll complete an in-person interview, background check, and orientation before starting your first assignment.
All new caregivers receive paid orientation and training covering personal care techniques, safety protocols, infection control, CPR/First Aid, dementia care basics, and company policies. Ongoing training opportunities are also available throughout your employment.
We carefully match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, location, and availability. While we can't guarantee specific client preferences, we always consider your strengths and comfort level when making assignments.
